Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. celery
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small jar cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine the onions, celery, broccoli, water and butter.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Season to taste.
    Stir in cheese, blending well.
    Add soup, mixing well.
    Stir in rice.
    Put into deep, buttered casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until hot and bubbly.
