Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick soft butter
    1/2 c. Bisquick Jiffy mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter 9-inch pie plate.
    Blend 3 minutes in blender (except coconut).
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle coconut on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
