Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound luncheon ham (Spam)
1 tsp. sage
1 tablespoons oregano
2 cups spaghetti sauce
2/3 pound Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Hamburger Buns
Preparation

Brown ground beef until crumbly; cool.
Grind luncheon ham or put in blender to coarsely chop.
Add ham to hamburger.
Add seasonings.
Add spaghetti sauce, grated cheese and chopped parsley. Mix Well. Spoon on bun halves and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes. This makes a lot and it stores well in the refrigerator for a few days or freezer.
