Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can Furman's sweet peas, drained
    1 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
    1 hard-boiled egg, diced
    1/4 c. sharp cheese, diced
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, pickle, relish, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix with rest of ingredients (except cheese).
    Chill overnight.
    Add cheese before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
