Fruit-Yogurt Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) container nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 canned unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained and chilled
1/2 c. canned unsweetened peaches, drained and chilled
5 ice cubes
1 banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces (frozen)
1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.
Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Yields 3 servings.
Per serving about 155 calories, 0.3 g fat.
