Bacon-Wrapped Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper
    8 thin slices green pepper
    8 thin slices onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    8 slices bacon
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Set aside 4 halves.
    Place each remaining half on 14 x 14-inch piece of foil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top each half with 2 slices each of green pepper and onions.
    Dot with 1/2 tablespoon margarine.
    Top with remaining halves and crisscross two strips of bacon around each. Wrap individually and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
