Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 c. rhubarb
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together well. Add egg. Cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces and add to mixture. Pour in pie crust with lattice top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 25 minutes longer.
