Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
salt and pepper
Preparation

In large Dutch pot, saute celery and onion in butter.
Add broccoli (thawed) and soups; stir and mix well.
Melt and add cheese.
Last, add rice.
Pour into large casserole dish.
May put slices of cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
