Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/ 4 c. honey
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sour milk
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream honey, butter, egg and vanilla.
    Mix milk, flour, baking soda and salt.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. This is from Coppers 6-21-94 and is delicious.
