Potatoes With Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Season-All
    1 (16 oz.) can white, sliced potatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 slices American cheese
    2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt margarine.
    Add and saute celery, bell pepper and onion.
    After well sauteed, add flour, black pepper and Season-All; stir well.
    Add the water from can of potatoes and can of milk; mix well.
    If too thick, add a little water.
    Add cheese and stir.
    Add sliced potatoes and pimento, if desired.
    Mix all very well.
    Pour into a baking dish and bake until bubbly.
