Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow summer squash, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. onion, sauteed
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes with some cheese on top.
