Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. 2-inch carrot strips
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. 2-inch celery strips
    2 c. green beans
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together in casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Very colorful dish.
