Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops (1-inch thick)
    4 thin onion slices
    4 thin lemon slices
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season well with salt.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Top each pork chop with an onion slice and lemon slice.
    Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on top.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
