Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated squash
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar, squash and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, but well. Add all remaining ingredients. Grease 2 loaf pans and divide batter equally in pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
