1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. chicken pieces or 2 lb. chicken

Preheat oven

Heat
shortening
in

x 9 x 2-inch or 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Mix all dry ingredients in bag. Add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and shake until coated.
