Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 oz. Blue cheese (1/4 c.), crumbled
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/3 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers (10)
Preparation
    In saucepan, blend together butter, flour, salt and cheese. Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole, top with crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 people.
