Ingredients

1/4 c. Land O Lakes butter
3 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

In 10-inch skillet, melt butter; stir in pecans and 1/2 cup sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar melts and pecans brown (8 minutes).
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
Stir in caramelized pecans. Spread on waxed paper; cool completely. Break clusters into individual pecans. Store in tightly covered container.
