No-Cook Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, chunked and peeled
    1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all above ingredients and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Cook your favorite pasta (ziti) and toss with tomato sauce while still hot.
