Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn oil margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    Cream the margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs in a large bowl.
    Mix and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Chill dough.
    Roll in balls, then in sugar and cinnamon mix.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
    Cool on rack.
    Freeze well.
