Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. hot water
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Combine onion, celery and butter in pan until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
