Aunt Almeda'S Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
Preparation
    In a saucepan place sugar, oleo, salt and syrup; bring to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add 1 teaspoon baking soda.
    Pour over popcorn on a large baking sheet.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir well every 15 minutes.
