Stir-Fry Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 stalk celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk broccoli, cut into flowerets
    2 c. coarsely chopped green cabbage
    2 c. coarsely chopped red cabbage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Heat electric wok or skillet at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes; add oil and heat 1 minute.
    Add celery, onion and broccoli; stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add cabbages and stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Cover and cook vegetables over low heat 3 minutes.
    Stir in salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
