Energy Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apples
    1/2 c. orange juice
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel the apples.
    Take out the core and the seeds.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Put apples into a blender or food processor.
    Add the orange juice.
    Add the cinnamon to the apples and the orange juice.
    Blend until the mixture is creamy.
    Spoon into cups or bowls.
    Makes four servings.
