Fresh Apple Cake With Caramel Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. fresh peeled apples, chopped
Preparation
    Combine cooking oil and sugar.
    Add well beaten eggs and vanilla (or cinnamon).
    Measure and sift together the flour, salt and soda.
    Add dry ingredients to first mixture.
    Stir in apples and nuts; combine thoroughly.
    Pour into tube or loaf pan; bake at 350\u00b0.
