Fried Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising cornmeal
pinch or more salt
1 large egg or 2 small ones
1/3 c. buttermilk with little bit very hot water to make very stiff dough

Preparation

Drop by tablespoonful into deep fat and turn when golden brown.
