Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. apricot nectar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except egg whites, confectioners sugar and lemon juice in mixing bowl in order listed.
    Beat until smooth. Fold in stiffly beaten, but not dry, egg whites.
    Pour in tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice.
    Glaze cake while it is still hot.
    Yields 16 servings.
