Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
1 beaten egg
coarse salt
Preparation
-
Stir water and yeast in bowl until dissolved.
Add salt, sugar and flour.
Mix.
Knead and roll into shapes.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
