Sue Lee'S Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 large, homegrown tomato, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cholesterol-free oil
Preparation
    Stir-fry vegetables over 350\u00b0 in wok or large skillet.
    Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Cover; reduce heat and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, depending on how crispy you want your cabbage.
    This is a real good diet day dish with baked chicken or anything else for that matter.
