Garden Variety Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped dry roasted unsalted peanuts
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 c. finely chopped cucumber
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, adding salt as an option.
    Chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Makes about 2 cups.
