Easy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie crusts
    1 lb. sausage, scrambled and drained or 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. onion, chopped (optional)
    8 eggs
    2 c. evaporated milk (1 can plus enough water to make 2 c.)
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix last 7 ingredients and pour into 2 deep dish pie crusts. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, uncovered.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
