Green Bean And Yogurt Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans (undrained)
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Place beans in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    Put beans in a one-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
    Set aside and keep warm.
