Chicken And Stuffing Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1/3 c. milk
    6 skinless, boneless breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
    Do not let stand.
    Add the chopped carrots, celery and onion.
    Spoon stuffing across the center of a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Place 3 pieces of chicken on either side of stuffing.
    Combine soup, milk and parsley; pour over chicken. Cover with foil; bake for 15 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
    Stir sauce.
