Chicken And Bows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut up
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (24 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1/3 c. red wine
    salt and pepper
    bowtie macaroni
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
    Add onion, mushrooms and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add tomatoes, wine, salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer, covered, 45 minutes on low.
