Hong Kong Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped celery (1-inch pieces)
1 c. chopped bell pepper (1-inch squares)
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices and juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Brown steak in oleo in large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until steak is tender.
Stir occasionally.
Serve over rice or chow mein.
Serves 4 generously.
