Coffee Can Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped raisins
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Oil 2 (1-pound) coffee cans.
    Mix 2 cups flour with the yeast. Stir water, milk, butter, sugar and salt over low heat until butter melts.
    Cool about 5 minutes and add to the yeast mixture.
    Add nuts, fruit, eggs and remaining 2 cups flour.
    Knead about 10 minutes.
    Divide dough in half and put each half into a coffee can. Allow it to rise to 1-inch from the top of can.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Delicious toasted; easy to slice.
