Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    3/4 c. water
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice,
    onion, salt and pepper.
    Form into balls. Mix soup and water in casserole dish.
    Drop meat balls into casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until rice is done (approximately 1 hour).
