Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 c. diced celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 small onions, diced
    20 oz. pkg. vermicelli
    20 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    small jar pimientos
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done.
    Chop into small chunks.
    Put celery, onions and peppers into a large pot with chicken broth.
    Cook vermicelli as directed on package.
    Drain.
    Add all ingredients. Stir until cheese melts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 12 to 16.
