Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen Rich's loaf bread
    2 lb. hot sausage
    1 block Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno pepper
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Cool while rolling out dough very thin.
    Place all ingredients on rolled dough and roll.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Brush with butter.
