Mock Hollandaise(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, beat all ingredients with a wire whisk until smooth.
    Stirring constantly, cook over medium-low heat until thick.
    Serve over vegetables.
