Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head broccoli
6 chicken breast halves
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. shredded cheese (American)
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. flour
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook chicken in 4 cups salted water until tender.
Remove from broth and debone.
Arrange in a baking dish.
Wash and cut broccoli.
Boil or steam 3 minutes.
Drain and arrange with chicken.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over all.
