Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. green onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    4 c. potatoes, sliced (4 to 6)
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook bacon; drain and crumble.
    Melt butter.
    Add celery and onion; saute.
    Combine flour, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, pepper and milk; cook and stir constantly until thick.
    Add vinegar, potatoes and green pepper; stir to coat.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
