Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 can sliced pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
8 to 10 maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix cake as directed; set aside.
Melt butter and brown sugar in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
(Melt by placing pan in the oven or microwave.)
Mix well.
Lay your sliced pineapple onto the butter and brown sugar.
Put cherries into the holes in the pineapple and along the edges of the pan.
Pour your mixed cake batter onto the pineapples and brown sugar/butter mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or as directed on cake box.
Done when a toothpick comes out clean.
