Pineapple And Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. shrimp, cooked
    French dressing
    6 slices pineapple
    1 1/2 c. celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    salad dressing
    lettuce
Preparation
    Clean shrimp and let stand in French dressing for 1 hour; drain.
    Arrange lettuce on platter.
    Cut slices of pineapple in half; put on lettuce, then add shrimp.
    Add celery (cut in thin slices) and eggs (cut in quarters lengthwise).
    Serve with cooked salad dressing.
    Serves 6.
