Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cut zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Boil the zucchini in salted water with onion.
    Mix together in a large bowl the soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Drain zucchini well and add to soup mixture.
    In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter or margarine and add stuffing.
