Chicken With Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. chicken breasts
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. fine chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan.
    Add chicken.
    Cover and cook until done.
    Pour drippings into 2 cups measuring glass.
    Add water to reach 1 1/2 cups mark.
    Tear chicken meat into strips.
    Put remaining butter (2 tablespoons), onion and celery into saucepan and stir, cooking on low heat.
    Add stuffing mix, egg, salt, seasonings and 1 1/2 cups drippings mixture.
    Stir until moist. Add chicken pieces and toss.
    Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
