Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can whole corn
    1 can white hominy
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    1 can Ro-Tel and pepper tomatoes
    2 medium tomatoes or small can tomato sauce
    1 can beef broth (undrained)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion in a heavy skillet until all pink is gone.
    Add the beans, corn, hominy, chiles, Ro-Tel, tomatoes and broth.
    Add taco mix and dressing mix.
    Bring to a boil in a large kettle and simmer at least 45 minutes.
    Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
    (At least 10 servings.)
