Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda in 1/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. milk
    2 c. persimmon pulp
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs together.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan, pour in and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
