Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely sliced onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 cans water
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. mustard
    Parmesan cheese
    toast
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until soft and yellow.
    Add the consomme, water, horseradish and mustard.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve with a thick slice of toast on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
