Mr. Hatfield'S Six Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. melted butter
    3 c. sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour, sifted
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix Raisin Bran, raisins, pineapple, sugar, flour, soda and salt in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, butter and buttermilk.
    Mix well; do not overblend.
    Store in covered container.
    Will keep about 6 weeks.
