Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/2 lb. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut meat in thin strips, trim excess fat.
Brown meat and mushrooms in butter.
Add onions; combine soup and tomato paste. Add seasonings.
Add this to meat mixture.
Cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream and thicken gravy, if desired.
Serve in ring of fluffy rice or over noodles.
Serves 8 to 10.
